Glen founded O’Fit in 2012 after years of helping the general public get results and improve their overall health. Sports Performance is Glen’s speciality, having worked with hundreds of athletes from amateur to pros in a range of sports from football to kite surfing. Now specialising in football, golf and running. With attention to detail being perfected, training with Glen will not only take you to new levels, you will also retain the knowledge to maintain it as well.

Luke joined the O’Fit team in 2017 bringing with him a wealth of kickboxing talent and knowledge. When you train with Luke, you’re guaranteed to enjoy yourself and get results. With an incredibly strong sports background (kickboxing) and a passion for helping others achieve their targets, he embodies everything O’Fit stands for.
