We recommend once per week as the holy grail of frequency. Obviously, there are different factors to consider before booking a massage every 7 days (cost, necessity, time etc).
Before booking, we like to get to know you so we can best advise! Cliché, but everyone is different & will have different needs.

No, anyone can have a sports massage! It’s a form of therapy that manipulates the soft tissue. We stretch & stimulate tight & inactive muscles.
Sports massage can improve range of motion, decrease tension & stiffness, reduces risk of injury & can improve quality of sleep. -

Let’s keep it simple…
Sports Massage
Purpose: Sports massage is specifically designed to enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries & aid in recovery. It's commonly used by athletes before, during & after training or competitions.
Technique: Sports massage incorporates dynamic, fast-paced strokes, stretching & joint mobilization. It aims to improve flexibility, increase blood flow, & reduce muscle tension to optimize performance.
Deep Tissue
Purpose: Deep tissue massage primarily focuses on releasing tension in the deeper layers of muscles & connective tissues. It's beneficial for chronic pain, muscle tightness & improving range of motion.
Technique: Deep tissue massage involves slower strokes with more direct, firm pressure. Therapists use their fingers, knuckles & elbows to reach the underlying tissues & address specific issues.
Summary: Both types of massage may incorporate some similar techniques, such as kneading & friction, but the primary focus and application sets them apart.

The main thing here is that you are comfortable.
Underwear must remain on. Ladies, if you wish to remove your bra whilst laying face down, our therapists are trained in covering your body with our large towels to help you feel comfortable & relaxed.
The hygiene & cleanliness of our clinic is paramount, so we do ask that our clients shower before visiting us.

Your therapist will go through this with you & answer any questions you may have.
